CPR & First Aid Training
 Specialized Services of Southern California (SSofSoCal) specializes in affordable
CPR and First Aid training to businesses to the community. We provide training in the following area: Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County and San Bernardino County.
We know that a quality program is important to you and that's why we use OSHA Approved American Safety & Health Institutes (ASHI) programs for our CPR and First Aid training. Using the ASHI programs, we can offer certification up to TWO YEARS on CPR and First Aid which makes it easier for you to track when you need to renew your certification. We also offer American Red Cross classes at a higher fee. The CPR certificates for the American Red Cross are good for ONE YEAR on CPR and THREE YEARS on First Aid. Course content is the same between both programs.
We provide HANDS ON training for all types of industries including Public Schools, Charter Schools, Construction companies, Health Clubs, community groups, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and all Non Profit organizations. Discounts are available for Non-Profit organizations, Students, Teachers for Credentialing programs and for any group over 12 people.

ASHI Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED & First Aid
For the Public
This
American Safety & Health Institutes program on basic CPR and First
Aid is recommended for everyone including Teachers (for Credentialing/school
requirements), Construction workers,
Adult Care Providers, Personal Trainers, Coaches, Foster Care,
Adoption and for ALL workplaces (OSHA approved). Minors
(12-18) may attend with parent. If you need Water Safety
training for Adoptions in Los Angeles County, please email so we can
make special arrangement to cover Water Safety before or after the
class. Payment for the class
will be collected during the class.
Our only training location for
this class is in Fullerton,
CA. (Orange County). No prepayment, No prerequisites)

This class does not meet the requirements
for Licensed Child Care Providers or Health Care
Professionals.
We suggest that
you bring a snack or drink if you like since there are no
snack machines on site.

We provide on site training if
you have 10 or more people. We can still offer on site training if you have less than 10 people, but our minimum billing will be for 10 people. Discounts available for 15 or more people and for Non Profit organizations.

ASHI Adult CPR & First Aid for the Workplace (OSHA Approved)
This class meets OSHA standards for all worksite including offices, manufacturing, construction, etc. Class length approximately 4 hours.
ARC California Child Care Day 1 - Adult/Child/Infant CPR and Pediatric First Aid
This class is for Childcare Center with 10 or more employees. This California EMSA approved class covers adult/child/infant CPR and pediatric first aid. Certificates are issued through the
American Red Cross and will be mailed.
ARC or ASHI CPR for the Health Care Provider
American Red Cross CPR for the Health Care Provider covers Adult, Child CPR/AED, Infant CPR. two person CPR and use of BVM. This certificates is good for TWO YEARS. Also available is the ASHI CPR for the Professional Rescuer with the same TWO YEAR certificate.
Bloodborne Pathogens
(only when
combined with a CPR or First Aid class)
If your job has the possibility of bloodborne exposure, you need this class.
If you are a First Responder for your work or a floor warden, you need to take this class.

American Safety & Health Institutes (ASHI)

All classes meet the ECC 2005 Guidelines and are OSHA Approved

ASHI CPR Certification is good for up to 2 years for CPR and First Aid -
American Red Cross Certification is good for 1 year for CPR and 3 years for First Aid CPR renewal is recommended every year.
ASHI Bloodborne Pathogen Certification is good for 1 year
AED, Child CPR, Infant CPR and Bloodborne Pathogens can be added to any of the above CPR classes for a nominal fee and 1 extra hour for each one.
