CPR/AED & First Aid Training

Specialized Services of Southern California (SSofSoCal) specializes in affordable CPR/AED and First Aid training conducted at your location or you can attend one of our community classes located in Fullerton, CA. On site training is available in Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County and San Bernardino County. 

    

We know that a quality program is important to you and that's why we use American Safety & Health Institutes (ASHI) programs for our CPR/AED and First Aid training.  All CPR and First Aid certificates are good for TWO YEARS and we also offer on site training using programs from American Red Cross and American Heart Association.

 

All of our classes include HANDS ON practice, lecture and video along with Digital books. Adult CPR and First Aid are OSHA compliant. We offer training for all workplaces such as: Public and Charter Schools, Construction companies, Health Clubs, Community groups, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Non Profit organizations and many more. Discounts are available for Non-Profit organizations, Schools, Students and Teachers for Credentialing programs and large groups.

Community CPR/First Aid Training
Lay Responder Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED & First Aid
American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) Certification

This class is OSHA compliant and uses the latest Emergency Cardiac Care Standard for 2010. This class is open to anyone who needs Lay Responder CPR(Adult/Child/Infant), AED and First Aid training.  This class is recommended for Teachers, Teaching Credentials, Construction, Adult Home Care, Personal Trainers, Coaches, Foster Care, Adoption and for ALL workplaces (OSHA compliant). Payment (cash or check only) for the class is due at the time of the class.  This class is only offered in Fullerton, CA. (Orange County) on the dates listed below. No prepayment,  No prerequisites.

This class does NOT meet the requirements for
Licensed Child Care Providers or Health Care Professionals (BLS)

Price: $40.00 per person by cash or $45.00 by check (please bring exact change). Price includes digital book, course handouts, CPR and First Aid certificates. Discounts available for teachers, students, Scouts, Scouters and Non Profit.

Note: THIS IS A HANDS ON CLASS so please dress comfortably. There are no vending machines on site. You are welcome to bring drinks/snacks.
This class does NOT meet the requirements for:
Licensed Child Care Providers
Health Care Professionals (BLS).

On Site Training for the Workplace/Schools

We provide on site training to schools, workplaces, construction companies, and for all OSHA compliant workplaces.  We do offer discounts for larger groups and for Non Profit organizations. ASHI certificates can be issued on site with payment or mailed if invoiced. All AHA certificates will be mailed.  CPR/First Aid certificates are good for 2 years.

   

ASHI Adult CPR/AED & First Aid for the Workplace (OSHA Compliant)
 This American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) class is OSHA compliant for all workplaces. Covers Adult CPR, Defibrillators, Choking, Emergency Response and First Aid procedures for workplace emergencies. Class length approximately 4 hours

 

ASHI Adult/Child CPR & First Aid for Schools
 This American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) class covers Adult/Child CPR and First Aid which is the perfect class for all Public, Private and Charter Schools.  If this class is for Credentialing purposes, Infant CPR can be add for additional change. Please email or call for pricing. We do provide special pricing for this class.  Class length approximately 4 hours

 

 American Heart Association Pediatric First Aid/CPR (EMSA Approved)

This class is for all licensed Child Care providers and is California EMSA approved. The class covers adult/child/infant CPR and pediatric first aid.  Certificates will be mailed.
 

American Heart Association CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider
 The American Red Cross class covers Adult, Child CPR/AED, Infant CPR, two person CPR and use of BVM.  

 

American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider
 The American Red Cross class covers Adult, Child CPR/AED, Infant CPR, two person CPR and use of BVM. 

 

Bloodborne Pathogens
 This class is only offered with any of the above classes only. Most employers do not need this special training and the certificates are good for 1 year.

 

 

American Safety & Health Institutes (ASHI)
Nationally Accepted OSHA Onsite Training. 
All classes meet the ECC 2010 Guidelines and are OSHA Compliant

  • CPR/AED Certification are good for 2 years for CPR/AED and First Aid

  • American Red Cross Certification are good for 2 year and provides certificates in 8.5x11 format.

  • CPR/AED renewal is recommended every year.

  • ASHI Bloodborne Pathogen Certification is good for 1 year          

  • Child CPR/AED, Infant CPR and Bloodborne Pathogens can be added to any of the above classes for a nominal fee.
